About the Role
While providing superior customer service and engaging in client discussions on various matters via phone and email, processing payments, and facilitating policy changes. Directing clients to licensed sales producers when necessary. Managing appointment scheduling and other related tasks.
Duties may include
- Relationship building
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Processing payments & report claims
- Conducting needs based policy reviews and updating policies
- Processing policy changes per customer requirements
- Promptly with enthusiasm answer customer service calls
- Generating quotes and proposals
- Assist Agents in general tasks to further customer support and sales
Requirments
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently
- Must have ability to multi-task
- Great organizational skills
